Diet plans

The following is a food diary that I am making in order to keep track of what I eat.  

Plans: Nov 2016 - Record calories, weight, and cost of food consumed.

 Dec 2016 - Record switch to healthier food with no calorie restrictions.   

Jan 2016 - Record switch to less calories if desired.

Hamwi Method

Male ideal body weight = 106 pounds (48 kg) + 6 pounds (2.7 kg) * (height (in) − 60)

Ideal body weight is around 160 lbs

Basal Metabolic rate around 1600

Non-exercise activity thermogenesis is around 480

Daily calorie intake to maintain weight is around 2080

Intermission

Trying to follow a diet plan during the christmas season is a fool's errand.  With visiting family and eating out frequently, tracking food costs and calories is near impossible.  So... I abandoned my original plan.  Instead of doing the december plan, I jumped right to the January plan and started tracking a reduced calorie diet plan.  


Part 2

I am currently working on writing up part 2 of the diet plan as it happens. This a live document.  I may change that at a later time, but at the moment, it is live and will not be uploaded too often.  There is currently a lot of data points that are missing.  I will not be able to fill all of them, but I am working on getting them filled in.
